Description
Silver-white wrappers over rose-colored cloves. Fast-growing soft-necked variety typically produces 14-18 cloves per bulb head. Use in your favorite dishes to add rich, full flavor. Good for braiding. Stores for up to 8 months. Open pollinated. Harvest when lower leaves turn brown. Matures in 120 days.
