Our policy is to fill orders exactly as they are received. If we sell out of a particular variety, we reserve the right to substitute a similar one of equal or greater value. If you do not wish to receive a substitute item with your order, please contact us.

Shipping
We strive to give you the most accurate estimated delivery date for your location. Several factors may influence the delivery window we provide you such as the ideal planting time for your hardiness zone, whether the items you're ordering are available now, still growing, or are on back order, and whether recent storms in your area like hurricanes and snow might impact planting.
In the case of orders containing items with varying availability, we may provide you with the option to ship items at the same time, or as soon as they're available.
Can I request a specific date?
Orders that contain non-living products can be special dated for a specific delivery week.
In the case of orders containing trees and plants, while we wish we could provide exact dates for delivery, sometimes mother nature has other plans. Trees and plants that are still growing can vary in their growth rates. This is the reason why these items sometimes have larger estimated windows for delivery.
If you would like us to ship your order at a different time, please email our Customer Support Team at info@starkbros.com or call 800.325.4180 after submitting your order. We would be glad to help you find a more convenient shipping time frame.
How will I know when my order is arriving?
When you place an order, you'll be given the most accurate date available based on the items in your order. If your delivery window changes, we will email you with the estimate. As your delivery window approaches, we will email you a more specific time frame so you know when to expect delivery.
- When your order has a specific week of delivery, we will email you when your order has shipped.
- When your order has a delivery range of a month, for example Mid-Late March, we will email you a week before your window arrives and give a more specific delivery window.
- When your order has a larger range of 2 months, for example March-April, we will email 2 weeks before your window arrives and provide a more specific delivery window.
Where can Stark Bro's ship to?
Stark Bro's currently ships to the continental United States only.
Payment Information
For new orders, your payment will be processed shortly after you submit your order. Once your payment has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your payment. If you've modified your order after your initial payment has been processed, any remaining balance owed for your order will be resolved at the time the order ships.
Orders placed over the phone or by mail will be released for shipping once payment in full is received. If payment is not received within 30 days of submitting the order, the order will be canceled.
There are several ways to make a payment on an order. For your convenience, you can make a payment online via credit card. Simply sign in and click the "Make a payment" link under My Orders. You can also pay by credit card via phone at 800.325.4180, Monday through Friday, between 8:00am - 4:30pm (CST). You can also send your check or money order to the following address:

Sales Tax
By law, we are required to charge sales tax for some locations. The tax amount shown in your shopping cart, checkout, and order details are estimates based on tax rates at the time your order is submitted. The final tax amount we are required to collect is based on the date your order ships so it may differ from the estimate we provide. We may recover any difference in tax amount or order balance at the time of shipment with the payment method you provide.
Unauthorized Resale Prohibited
Stark Bro's represents and warrants that our products are not eligible for resale under any circumstance. Additionally, third-party sellers are prohibited by law from any unauthorized first-sale of Stark Bro's products or misrepresentations/unauthorized use of Stark Bro's intellectual property. Violators will be held responsible.
Gift Orders
