Seeds Buyer's Guide
Heirloom fruits and vegetables are becoming more and more popular for a reason: they taste amazing. Heirloom seeds do more than just grow into great plants — they preserve America’s horticultural heritage. Without seed-saving gardeners, these wonderful old varieties would literally become extinct. Planting heirloom seeds not only helps keep these time-honored plants from disappearing, but you will be treated to flavor, texture and appearance like you’ve probably never experienced. Those qualities have been bred out of most modern supermarket produce — making it shelf-stable — but not terribly appetizing.
All our seeds are non-GMO and untreated. They are also open-pollinated, which means you can save the seeds from your harvest, sow them next year, and get a true-to-parent plant every time.
