White Peach Trees

Tree-ripened peaches are a savory treat to the mouth, and white peaches are no exception. With flesh ranging from stark white to pinkish hue, white peaches offer a different dimension to the world of fresh fruit. Some folks even pickle them! The Blushingstar® is our Stark Pick for white peaches. This hardy tree is a late-season bearer and highly resistant to bacterial spot (the number one enemy of peach growers). Largest of the white peaches is the semi-freestone Stark® Early White Giant. Carolina Belle is a freestone peach with sweet, rich flavor; and the famous Stark® Saturn Peach (or donut peach) is a delicious treat grown on a vigorous, disease-resistant tree.
