Pawpaw Bread Recipe - With Video
Known for its tropical taste and banana-like texture, Pawpaw fruit is America's best-kept secret.
Pawpaws are the largest edible fruit grown natively across the United States. Unknown to many, it is growing in popularity as people begin to add edible landscaping to their homes, and farms.
The pawpaw tree is one of the only fruit-producing trees that can tolerate partial shade. It is smaller in stature and can be found in nature as an understory tree-making it a wonderful candidate for landscapes, back yards, and locations offering smaller growing spaces.
The delicious fruit can be eaten fresh and used as a banana substitute in many popular recipes, including smoothies and bread! Enjoy our Pawpaw Bread recipe below!
