Description
Honeycrisp is always a sellout at farm markets and fruit stands. Quickly becoming the nation’s favorite fresh-eating apple! Fruit is aromatic and sweet as honey, with an explosively juicy, crisp texture. Thirty semi-dwarf trees will yield 150-180 bushels per season at maturity. Cold-hardy. Ripens in early September. To store Honeycrisp properly for the long-term, hold the apples from 5-7 days at 50°-68°F, then keep at 38º for up to 4 months.
Best pollinators: Starkspur® Red Rome Beauty, Stark® Jon-A-Red® Jonathan, or any Golden Delicious. Plant one row of pollinator trees for every 4 rows of Honeycrisp trees. Honeycrisp Pollinators ›
