Red through and through. High in health-promoting antioxidants. Moderately smooth-textured tubers are oblong and slightly flattened with shallow eyes. Pinkish-red skin and flesh. Stores well. Matures in 80-90 days. Certified Organic by MOFGA Certification Services, LLC.
