Description
One of the earliest varieties to come in. You can enjoy flavorful, tender, sweet corn sooner than ever before! With superior cool soil emergence, ‘Buttergold’ performs as well in northern climates as it does everywhere else corn will grow. The large, 7"–8" ears have 12–14 rows of juicy yellow kernels. Excellent for freezing. Ready to harvest about 3 weeks after silks appear. If kernel liquid is clear, it’s not ready yet. Sugary enhanced (SE). Non-GMO.
