Description
Extra-large heads. One of the most popular varieties for a reason: the heads are generously sized and are full of excellent celery flavor. Hefty dark-green stalks stay crisp, and are tipped with very flavorful and nutritious green leaves. Keeps well in the garden until late in the season. Resistant to boron and magnesium deficiencies, and has some tolerance to western celery mosaic. Both stalks and leaves are superb raw, and in salads and soups.
