Description
Slow-bolting variety. Dried dill in a jar can’t hold a candle to the brilliant aroma of fresh dill. ‘Tetra’ is bushier than other tall, leggy types and flowers later, meaning more dill leaves for the cook! Adds a sprightly tang to pasta salads, dips, dressings and fish, and is, of course, the flavoring of choice for un-sweet pickles. An important host for swallowtail butterfly caterpillars. Heat-tolerant and very easy to grow. Light aids germination; make sure seed has contact with soil.
