Watering Guava Trees
Guava trees are drought resistant, but do benefit from regular watering.

Guava trees can be watered moderately after planting. Water the tree deeply but be sure to allow the top 2 to 3 inches of soil to dry before watering again. Overwatering will create soggy soil which will lead to root rot.
