Watering Horseradish Plants
With horseradish, the amount of watering can have a direct impact on the final flavor. The following points can help with adequate watering for your plant.

- Horseradish is quite drought-tolerant.
- If under watered, roots become woody and have a weak flavor.
- If over watered, roots become very soft and have a strong flavor.
- Water once a week, 1-2 inches.
