Flamin' Fury® PF 11 Nectarine Tree
Description
Flamin’ Fury quality in a nectarine! Paul Friday (“PF”) is famous for his peach breeding, but we’re sure glad he tried his hand at nectarines. This fantastic variety is 80% red over yellow background, and grows to 2-1/2” in diameter (and larger). Looks beautiful on the tree and the plate, and has a high-sugar, intense nectarine flavor. Requires thinning for best and largest fruit quality. Remarkable bacterial-spot and brown-rot resistance. Freestone. Ripens in late July. Self-pollinating, but yields bigger crops when planted near a different nectarine variety with a similar bloom time.
