Description
Maybe the best canning tomato ever. This is the way tomatoes used to taste! Famously old-fashioned and intensely flavorful. Clusters of uniform, medium-sized fruits are round, red, meaty and loaded with mildly tart flavor. Individual tomatoes ripen successively rather than all at once. A good producer that makes a fine slicer, too. Becoming hard to find due to modern, flavorless hybrids. Indeterminate. Photo courtesy of Baker Creek Heirloom Seed.
