Description
The first truly heatless habanero. Aptly named, this exceptional snacking pepper has all of the fruity and floral notes of a habanero without any fire whatsoever (even the seeds are sweet and flavorful). The tangerine pods are crisp and thin-skinned, bursting with lively, tropical-fruit tastes. Use them to enhance meat, fish, eggs, pasta and vegetable dishes. Habanadas stole the show when made into an exotic sherbet for the 2014 Culinary Breeding Network Variety Showcase! Photo courtesy of Baker Creek Heirloom Seed.
