Description
A giant in the garden! One of the best cut flowers ever, this sunflower has blooms that are a full 12” across, and a single stalk can reach 12’ in height! ‘Mammoth Grey Stripe’ is not particular about its soil and is even drought-tolerant. Grow in a closely-spaced row for a privacy screen, and sow monthly for a continuous show. Attracts a wide variety of pollinating creatures. Bird’s favorite fall food since its introduction in 1880.
