Description
Fragrant, aromatic and so easy to grow. Flowers have a highly pleasing aroma and are dried, then used to make tea. Chamomile has a long and storied history as a homeopathic herb, as it has a high beneficial oil content to relax both mind and body. A hardy tetraploid, with large daisy-like flowers that are excellent fill-ins in a perennial border. Chamomile also attracts butterflies, bees and tachinid flies, a beneficial insect.
