Garlic is one of the easiest vegetables to grow! We suggest planting in the fall for larger bulb harvests.

How do you get two harvests out of your garlic? Plant a hardneck variety! Well-loved for their scapes, hardneck garlic bulbs put off a tasty garlic "shoot" in the early summer that can be harvested and used to add flavor to many dishes.

Harvesting your bulbs couldn't be easier. The hardest part is knowing when to pull your garlic. Andrew explains when he decided to harvest his at his homestead, and how he properly cured them.
